meemz.bet provides a non-custodial interface for trading perpetual contracts on various cryptocurrency pairs. We do not:
- Hold, custody, or control your funds at any time
- Execute trades on your behalf
- Provide financial, investment, or trading advice
- Guarantee any returns or outcomes from trading
3. Risks
Trading cryptocurrency derivatives involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and accept that:
- You may lose some or all of your deposited funds
- Leveraged trading amplifies both potential gains and losses
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
- Liquidation can occur rapidly in volatile market conditions
- Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite audits
- Network congestion may affect order execution
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
- Use automated systems to exploit the platform
- Circumvent geographic restrictions
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
5. Fees
Current fees are displayed on the platform and in our documentation. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. You are responsible for all applicable fees when using our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on meemz.bet are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our express permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet your requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability

9. Indemnification

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
